About
L’Impostore is an artistic project developed by Yoel.
Working primarily with found objects, plastic, concrete and industrial materials, his sculptures explore the systems that shape contemporary life : consumption, technology, control, memory and the illusion of progress.
By removing everyday objects from their original function and placing them in unexpected relationships, Yoel creates works that appear familiar yet unsettling. Machines become extensions of the human body. Consumer products become symbols. Fragments of modern life are preserved, transformed and questioned.
Rather than offering answers, the work invites reflection on the structures we build, depend on and ultimately become part of.
The artist chooses to remain discreet, allowing the objects and the narratives they generate to take center stage.
